With the "Data Retention Management" analysis page, users can identify and edit all directories on which regular data retention is or was configured. More on how it works.
By default, the report is only for migRaven Administrators enabled. However can migRaven Administrators enable it for all roles. This analysis page is particularly useful for data owners. All directories that are below the assigned directories and have activated or deactivated data retention are displayed to the data owners.
Entry in Role Designer
Im role designer can migRaven Administrators control who has access to data retention management.
The entry "Open data retention management" is in the standard for migRaven Administrators enabled. However, it can be activated or deactivated for all roles.
