Web: Authorization management: Project-related deactivation of authorization management possible
With this update it is possible to manage authorizations with migRaven to deactivate it for individual projects, even if it is activated globally in the Role Designer.
This is especially useful when certain projects are not in migRaven be managed – for example, because existing subdirectories are maintained by another system (e.g. by external tools in DFS environments) and the creation of new subfolders is not possible via migRaven should take place.
In this case, the authorization management is displayed in the Web Client with a grayed-out icon and additionally explained by a note.
Note: This setting is currently only possible via a database change. Support will assist you with the implementation.

Desktop Client: Folder Self Service: Creating subfolders without a template
In the desktop client, users can create new subfolders without a template. This option appears in the context menu when the user is in an existing folder.
migRaven Administrators can use the Role Designer to specify which user groups are allowed to create subfolders without a template.

Desktop Client: Stable use during network interruptions (read-only access)
If the connection status changes, the user is notified in the Notification Center, both when going offline and when reconnecting. Additionally, the tray icon and the My Folder icon visually indicate the current status.
As long as there is no connection to the server, previously opened and locally cached folders can still be viewed, including their properties, permissions, MIME types and data owners.
All functions that require a server connection—such as creating, deleting, or modifying folders, archiving, or deleting shared folders—are disabled in this state. The client operates in read-only mode, and changes are not possible.
