Account report by e-mail

1. accounts Report

In the WebClient of migRaven can display and export specific user information.

Under the main menu item analyzes there is the suboption accounts Report.


In the search box Select account the database can be searched for a single user.
The funnel symbol on the right can be used to set additional search criteria before the search is carried out.

With a click on the Start-Button appears a diagram which graphically displays the results in a simplified form.

Here you can either view the evaluation within the WebClient or have it exported directly by e-mail in an .xlsx file.
In the case of an export you will receive an e-mail with a download link of the generated .xlsx file.

2. E-mail configuration

migRaven offers the option to have various reports sent by e-mail to predefined or selected recipients.
For this it is necessary to make the appropriate settings in the migration client:

Under configuration In the migration client the settings can be changed in Email Configuration / Company Email Configuration make.

in The Field SMTP host the corresponding used e-mail server (eg. smtp.office365.com) deposited.

in The Field Port (The Harbour District) becomes the standardized SMTP port 587 entered.

in The Field E-mail address the personal e-mail address is specified on the host server.

in The Field Password will be the associated password for the under Username specified e-mail address entered.

TLS (Transport Layer Security),
(more widely known as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL))

Here you can join On or off activate or deactivate the corresponding security protocol for e-mail transmission.

The maximal batch Size defines how many e-mails should be sent via the server at the same time.

If all inputs are entered correctly you can click on them Save Changes get saved.

reset resets all settings to the last saved initial state.

The first time you enter the e-mail data opens another window after saving:

Here the e-mail address is entered and with a click on Send test mail approved.
(A different e-mail address may be used, this is only used to send the verification code and the
Check the functionality of the entered data)

(migRaven makes you aware if no mail could be sent. At this point, you come along Cancel back to the previous one
Surface and verify that the data has been entered correctly.)

The recipient then receives a confirmation code which in the field below and with Confirm is confirmed.
(If no mail is received, it makes sense to check the spam folder)

The configuration is completed at this point.
