Web: AD Statistics: Display of user accounts without department assignment
The AD statistics for departments also include user accounts where the “department” attribute is empty or not set.

Web: SharePoint/Teams Migration: New task type for SharePoint/Teams migration with integrated target selection and central configuration
With the new task type for SharePoint/Teams migrations (“Create SharePoint task”), authorized roles – usually migRaven Admins and data owners can specify the desired destination folder in SharePoint or Teams directly using a built-in selection function, eliminating the need to manually enter the path. In task management, these tasks are clearly identifiable by their own icon.
Requirements:
In order to use the functions, the license “migRaven.one for SharePoint" is required. Furthermore, the functions in the Role Designer must be enabled for the desired roles. Web: Directory tree: New detailed view “Classification”
In the Web Client, the new tab "Classification" There, so-called Resource Properties displayed – i.e. classification features that come from the Active Directory and are stored in the migRaven database.
These features are based on the File Classification Infrastructure (FCI) from Microsoft and can contain, for example, information about the sensitivity, data category or purpose of a folder - depending on how they were defined and applied by the administrator in the system.
migRaven automatically reads these existing features and displays them in the Web Client. The tab also allows you to directly access the File browser can be opened to search for specific documents.
Note on evaluation: A direct evaluation of the classification data in the web client is currently not possible. migRavenHowever, administrators have access to the migRavendatabase and can view and evaluate the stored values there.

Folders can be tagged with centrally managed tags to enable alternative structural views – e.g., by customer, project, or topic.

Desktop Client: Data Retention: One-time and periodic archiving function in the Desktop Client
